​​Preventing influenza, or "the flu," requires a joint effort on the part of students, parents/guardians and staff. The flu virus can spread easily when someone who has the flu coughs or sneezes, especially in a school setting. Prevention is key to success. The following information is provided to assist in creating a greater awareness about flu prevention so we can work together to help maintain healthy school environments:
